Her father comes from a noble family with roots in Velay, Auvergne on his father’s side, as well as one eighth Polish ancestry; and is Ashkenazi Jewish on his mother’s side. Inès’ mother is of Argentinian and Colombian descent, and is related to Colombian presidents Alfonso Lopez Pumarejo and Alfonso Lopez Michelsen.
Inès has two daughters with her former husband Luigi d’Urso. Luigi was from Italian nobility.
Inès’ paternal grandfather was Paul Marie Alfred Henri de Seignard, Marquis de La Fressange (the son of Alexandre Auguste Etienne Henri de Seignard and Vincentine Marie Constance Sibylle de Bonneval). Alexandre was the son of Alfred Charles Henri François de Seignard and Henriette Marcelle Marie Elise Frère de La Falconnière. Inès’ paternal grandmother was Simone Lazard (the daughter of André Lazard and Lucie Goldschmidt). Simone was from a Jewish family. She was related to the founders of the Lazard investment bank. André was a banker, and was the son of Simon Lazard and Rose-Hélène Foy. Lucie was the daughter of Ferdinand Goldschmidt, who was born in Cologne, Germany, and of Julie Rachel Hermann.
Inès’ maternal grandfather was Alberto Sánchez Cirez (the son of Nazario Sánchez-Cirez and Eulogia Cires-Roca). Alberto was born in Cordoba, Argentina.
Inès’ maternal grandmother was Alice Cecilia Dávila Ordóñez (the daughter of Juan Manuel Dávila Pumarejo and Josefina Ordóñez Reyes). Alice was born in Paris, France, to Colombian parents. Juan was born in Santa Marta, the son of Manuel Dávila García and Rosa Pumarejo Quirós. Josefina was the daughter of Francisco Ordóñez Rodríguez and Isabel Reyes Gutiérrez.
