Agata Kornhauser-Duda is a Polish teacher. She is the wife of politician Andrzej Duda, who is the 6th President of Poland. She has been the First Lady of Poland since 6 August 2015. Her father, Julian Kornhauser, is a writer, translator and literary critic. Her mother, Alicja (Wojna), is a Polonist.
Her paternal grandfather was Jewish. The rest of her family is Catholic.
Agata’s paternal grandparents were Jakub Kornhauser (the son of Józef Kornhauser and Beila) and Małgorzata Glombik (the daughter of Józef Glombik and Elżbieta Sitko).
