Rain’s paternal grandfather was LeRoy “Buck Carter” Pryor (the son of Roy P. Pryor and Rithie Marie Carter). Roy was the son of William Henry Pryor and Mary F. Rithie was the daughter of Richard E. Carter and Julia Isabelle Piper.
