Luciano is the son of Marta Dora (Grostein) and Hermes Marcelo Huck. Both of his parents are Jewish.
His paternal grandparents were Abrão Huck and Perola.
His maternal grandparents were Mauricio Grostein and Matilde Laschover/Laszczower. Mauricio was originally from Ekaterinoslav, Soviet Union (now Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine).
Luciano is married to Brazilian television presenter Angélica Ksyvickis. They have three children.
